Signed the Unsigned Software for Nokia 5800 XpressMusic

Ok as you see from the TITLE above, i had been searching for good softwares for my Nokia 5800 XpressMusic for few days.. I found a lot of softwares in the websites BUT unfortunately some of them are Unsigned n it means that you can't install those to your new 5800 XpressMusic!!! You have to either hack your 5800 XpressMusic or signed those.

Thanx God, i found an article that explained about how to sign the unsign software (Ok for this you better google it by yourself!). I'll give you the clues on how to do it.

First step that u must do is to get your developer certificate + key. You can visit OPDA to get your developer certificate + key. Sign up to this OPDA site (when you click this link, you'll see Chinese characters/fonts, don't worry because you can change the language into English) and prepare your imei (you will get the instruction there). When you sign up and apply for certificate + key there, you'll be asked to input your mobile number. REMEMBER that you MUST input your number start with 13, 15 or 18 and all the number must be 10 characters (e.g. 1312345678, so be creative!!!) Usually it takes time more than 12 hours for you to get your developer certificate + key. Ok.. ok... i think you are confuse now! Don't worry, just follow my instruction carefully n you'll be happy in the end.

Second step is downloading Freesigner software (you google it or just click the link). After you download the software, install it to your device.

Third step is getting your developer certificate + key from OPDA site and put the files in your memory card inside Certs Folder (you can name it by yoursels). From my experience, you need to add .cer after the developer certificate file and .key after the key file (in order Freesign to be able to read the file).

Forth step is opening Freesign in your device and go to Option --> Setting --> add .cer file in Sign Cert box & add .key file in Sign Key box, you may ignore other boxes that you might find there (other boxes like Self Sign Cert, Key, Key Pass, etc). REMEMBER ONLY SIGN CERT & SIGN KEY!!! look the picture below.


Fifth step is trying to sign the unsign software that u download n put the software in your memory card.
