Me & Nephews


I love my nephews since i don't have my own kid, yet.

My eldest nephew is Kicky (Faris Rifky Fauzan)
The second one is Dzack (Dzacky Ezra Reihan)
& the last one is Alung (Agung Fadillah)

They are all cute like angels to me...

I love you all kiddo....

Home-Made Spaghetti



MM.... i love to eat good food... back at home, sometimes, i like to try to cook foods that i like.. simple n yummy like this spaghetti. I added my own recipe here and i hope it could be usefull for u guys... just try it ok n lemme know if u like it.

Bahan-bahan:

  • Spaghetti (merk apa saja, I prefer Del Monte )
  • Daging cincang (beef or chicken)
  • Onion (Bombay), 1
  • Garlic, 4 siung
  • Origano, 2 sendok
  • Tomat bulat & saus tomat
  • Paprika
  • Labu sayur
  • Olive oil / minyak sayur biasa (I prefer olive oil because of its non cholesterol effect)
  • Air kaldu
  • Garam & gula (secukupnya)

Cara buat saus spaghetti:

  • Cincang onion & garlic, potong kotak-kotak kecil paprika & labu sayur
  • Rebus buah tomat sebentar, kuliti dan potong kotak-kotak (jangan terlalu kecil nanti hancur)
  • Tumis onion & garlic dengan olive oil/minyak sayur biasa sampai harum, masukan daging cincangnya sampai kecoklatan
  • Masukan air kaldu, masak selama beberapa menit, masukan cincangan paprika & labu sayur kemudian masukkan tomat yang sudah dipotong-potong + saus tomatnya + oregano, tambah garam dan gula secukupnya
  • Masak selama beberapa menit hingga mengental.

Tips Merebus Spaghetti:

  • Masukan air ke panci kemudian masukkan olive oil/minyak sayur biasa kira-kira 3 sdm, tambahkan garam secukupnya dan 2 siung garlic (ga usah dicincang, cukup di geprek ajah), kemudian masukkan spaghetti nya.
  • Rebus spaghetti sampai matang (kita cobain sedikit dan pada saat digigit, spaghetti nya tidak ada keras didalamnya).

Penyajian:

  • Taruh spaghetti di piring secukupnya (sesuai porsi kita sendiri)
  • Tuangkan saus spaghetti diatasnya, lalu taburkan parmesan cheese bila ada
  • Sajikan selagi hangat
